HN 3DOF Motion Kit V2

Big Piston. Tanky Build. Same Legendary Motion.

The HN 3DOF Motion Kit V2 is the next-generation motion system for sim racing and flight simulation. Purpose-built for simulation, every component has been engineered for rigidity, precision, and durability — delivering both subtle haptics and extreme motion.

Core Design
  • Simulation-Optimized: Optimized for all types of simulation, from racing to flight, for ultimate realism.
  • Round Actuator Design: Heavy-duty profile delivers both a bold look and structural rigidity.
  • Redesigned Mounting: The new mounting design delivers a tighter, more secure fit, transmitting every subtle motion directly into your cockpit.
  • Rigid Motion Core: A precision 2505 TBI ball screw paired with a 50 mm piston ensures rock-solid stability with minimal deflection for stronger, more accurate motion.
Mechanical Core
  • 2505 TBI Ball-Bearing Lead Screw:  At 25 mm, the shaft is up to ~56% larger than typical competitor systems (which use 16 mm shafts), minimizing flex and wobble for precise, reliable motion.
  • NSK Bearings: Premium Japanese bearings, smooth, durable, and zero-maintenance.
  • Housing: Heavy-duty construction crafted for the demands of sim racing and flight sim motion.
  • Piston: Solid 50 mm steel piston delivers high-resolution tactile feedback with exceptional rigidity. Compared to other brands using 30 mm pistons, it’s ~67% larger, providing far greater stability and minimal flex under load.
Power System
  • 750W Servo Motor: Capable of 3000 rpm and 2.39 Nm torque, these motors respond instantly to your inputs. Four actuators combined can move a total load of up to 350 kg smoothly and accurately.
  • Top Speed: Maximum actuator speed of 250 mm/s, fast enough to replicate subtle road textures, aggressive jumps, or high-intensity maneuvers in racing and flight simulators.
  • AASD Servo Drive: Industry-leading servo drive with silent operation, free of high-pitch whine. Enlarged heat sink provides excellent thermal management, allowing hours of uninterrupted, reliable performance.
Actuator Specifications
  • Lead Screw: 2505 TBI Ball-Bearing
  • Travel Distance: 150mm
  • Max Speed: 250mm/s
  • Piston Diameter: 50mm
  • Load Capacity: 275kg push force per actuator (supports up to 350kg total system load)
