International Orders – Important Information

Customers outside of Australia may be required to complete identity or address verification requested by the courier or customs authorities.

This may include responding to emails, phone calls, or submitting documentation.

If the customer does not respond to verification requests and the parcel is returned to us as a result:

• A second shipping charge will apply to resend the parcel.
• Any fees charged by the courier for the return may also be passed on to the customer.

We strongly recommend monitoring your email and phone for courier/customs notifications to avoid delays or additional costs.
