At HN MOTION, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be defective, damaged, or not as described.

You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.

Note: Custom-made or clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for approved cases involving defective or incorrect products.

If the return is not due to a fault of ours, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours of item receipt.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
